Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service!! The entire process from investigating product, selecting, purchasing, delivery has been professional and very well managed. We bought as part of a fairly major garden makeover and were delayed in completing our works but this did not cause Posh Spas an issue, they understood and worked with us. Hot Tub was delivered last Friday and the delivery team were outstanding!! Highly Recommended!!

Recently visited the Sleaford showroom and received lots of helpful advice and guidance from Nick. Great selection to choose from and competitive prices. Adam and Mark delivered our tub yesterday- did a great job, really helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and we were up and running in just a few hours 😊 highly recommend.

We went to the Sleaford showroom to have a look at what they offer. What an amazing selection of hot hubs. Great advice given as to what we need to do in preparation. Adam and Mark delivered and installed our hot tub yesterday. Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

They seem to like parking over people's driveways and not moving for the home owner (not even where the company is visiting) when they were getting in the car and waiting to leave. Instead just carried on like nothing.

We went to Posh Spas on a personal recommendation from a friend who had recently purchased a hot tub. We were welcomed and looked after by Nick on our first visit and patiently explained the benefits of each. At no point as there any 'hard sell' and we felt very comfortable looking. We returned a few days later to leave a deposit after researching features and prices - and Posh Spas couldn't be beaten. Delivery via a crane (our side access is very tight) was organised and turned up when promised. The installation was handled expertly and we were given a thorough demo of our new hot tub. We felt very happy knowing we were well looked after and the after-care service is already in place to protect our investment. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or swim spa. It's not often you see great value and strong ethics from a family run business.

A pleasant and easy transaction from start to finish. Seems like a good quality product and at a reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble for the team who came to install it and Adam took the time to explain how everything worked. When I had a query on the first evening he even responded to my message out of hours. Excellent service..

Always had good service from Here previously however a recent service and clean was pretty poor and disappointing. After agreeing that the engineer would let himself into the garden they persisted in banging on my door over and over until my wife had to come away from her work to let them in. Engineer really gave the impression they didn’t want to be there doing the job and was pretty unhelpful throughout. On leaving he told my wife she had to pay him despite again agreeing a payment link would be sent after. Luckily we had the cash to pay but not ideal. Only later when I came home did I inspect the clean, only to find several scratches on the bottom of the tub as well as the pool lifter main bolt left loose from where they had taken it off and failed to tighten up. Since writing this review I have finally got my electrical fault repaired by another company, now I have a usable hot tub again I’ve discovered that my waterfall is leaking badly, my diverter valve handle is snapped off and leaking and I have marks all inside my tub where posh spas apparently cleaned it that won’t now come off, looks like something has reacted with the plastic. Utterly flabbergasted that this company have such high reviews. Will not be using again ever. Edit after response: Have you got pictures of the scratches and the discolouration of the tub? Also any pictures of the wire left out and the lifter not tightened back up also I’m sure you are keen to understand how another company fixed an issue you couldn’t but I won’t be helping you guys out !! The poor attitude of your workman is probably the main reason for not reaching out, couple this with the poor workmanship why would I want you anywhere near my tub again !!
