OSBK Smokehouse

Slow delivery. Expensive. Order incomplete. Tuesday night, ordered 2 burgers and a slice of cake at 8:20pm. Order arrived cold at 9:55pm. Both burgers had items missing and the place is now closed. The order was clearly sat, bagged, under a hot lamp, for a long time. I will update this review after speaking with OSBK when they reopen. I will say that the burger, although received cold, was quite tasty. I'm sure they would have been better with the bacon and cheese I paid for though.. Edit #1: 10:22pm just opened the cheesecake.. photo added. Edit #2: 4:40pm (day 2) I spoke to the OSBK team who were super responsive, extremely friendly and more than happy to make the situation right. I will definitely order from here again, I just might collect it myself next time.. upgraded review to 4 stars.

Ordered earlier in the year had a nice selection and good service but I have ordered tonight to the surprise of absolute decline In quality and enjoyment was such a waste chicken wings was like something I use to get served in school. Not a banger ordered pulled pork and chips to just be greeted with absolute chip fest what the hell is this stink🥱

Really disappointed. I love a smokehouse so was so excited to try this place. Wasn’t off to a good start as it arrived over an hour later than it should’ve ( waited 2 hours). Ribs were completely inedible. They were rock hard I couldn’t even break them up. There was no meat left on the ribs they were so burnt and I love abit of char on my meat. I never leave bad reviews of places but wow, completely inedible. Definitely avoid 👍🏼.

We’ve come down to Cornwall for work and saw this restaurant online THE FOOD IS GORGEOUS best Mac and cheese ever and the cheesecakes are HUGE !!

Ordered last night, decided to order directly through the website other than through uber eats due to there being a discount code. Ordered multiple times and had no problems, last night was different, delivery is scheduled 30-40 minutes but on a Saturday you expect more closer to an hour which is fine, however the order was made at 7:07 and the order was not delivered until 8:17. Upon arrival the bag had arrived with one of the sauces spilt everywhere, if I was the delivery driver I would be too embarrassed to hand this over. As a result, one of the items was without a dip and the boxes drenched in the sauce meaning the burgers were soggy. To make matters even worse half of the food was cold when it finally arrived, will be thinking again before ordering as £40 of food to come cold and soggy is not acceptable.

I am here in Falmouth for work purposes and currently residing in a hotel for a bit and found you on just eat and purchased the boneless chicken thighs with buffalo sauce quite a few times and every time they have been incredible hot, juicy and Smokey literally the perfect dinner after work so thank you and keep it up

£5 for 6 very small quarter of corn on the cob, asked for a refund but was told it was (Just Eat I should contact) they didn’t bloody cook it. So £27 for a burger and chips. Don’t use this restaurant!!!

Whilst the food itself tasted fine, the sundae that was NOT meant to have marshmallows in, had atleast three before my partner had to stop eating it due to being intolerant to the gluten!!! There shouldn't have been any marshmallows in there so really not impressed.
