Treated absolutely disgustingly by the 'so called' "manager" today. Parked up to make a delivery and this poor excuse of a human storms over to me swearing and shouting to "not park there" and to shut up , instead of asking me to move or giving me advice for next time , instead I just get verbally abused !!

Very Very rude cashier no manners how to treat a regular customer, using F words and said don't come here again , think twice to go there even for fuel , never again

Dissatisfactory Customer Service Experience and Safety Concerns I recently visited your establishment to use the air pressure machine for inflating my car tires. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After successfully inflating three tires, the machine malfunctioned on the fourth attempt. When I reported the issue to the staff, they initially dismissed my concerns and insinuated that I didn't know how to use the machine. Despite my insistence, the staff continued to attribute the malfunction to my supposed lack of understanding. It was only after the staff attempted to use the machine themselves multiple times that they acknowledged a problem. To exacerbate the situation, I was advised to apply more pressure on the valve, leading to the valve breaking due to the excessive force applied during our attempts. Seeking support and adherence to a safety plan, I found myself blamed not only by the staff but also by the manager. This experience was not only frustrating but also raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of your customer service and safety protocols. I hope they will considerate and reflect these issues promptly to prevent such incidents in the future.

Pathetic older man working on the till. Was vexed when I asked about which cans were in the £6 ‘deal’ and said I was wasting his time. Then as soon as I walk out the shop because he’s being aggressive he tells my friend I should never come back if I’m a time waster and called me a ‘stupid woman’ looool embarrassing little man
