Completely unreliable: they do not keep to their own stated opening hours. Avoid having a parcel delivered here at all costs. Addendum: not only that, their approach to the customer falls short - they simply dont care!!

This shop offers an excellent returns service. Any restrictions were set by Amazon. Nothing to do with the shop owner. Make sure you have your item fully packaged though. I was under the impression from the Amazon site that packing could be carried out by the shop- but that is not the case. Very easy process and totally stress free.

I'm so grateful to the owner of this shop. If everyone was like this guy, the world would be a better place. I walked into the shop on a Saturday evening to return two Amazon parcels and the guy told me that due to covid-19, he wouldn't have been able to accept them before Monday. I was on my way to Southampton and I actually traveled 20 miles to get to this shop. When he heard this, he immediately told me that he would accept them. Thank you! The shop itself is very cozy, clean and noticeably tidy. It smells good and there is pleasant music playing. It's definitely not the usual corner shop, it's way better.

Do not use. Tried to drop off Evri parcel. First time refused as a bank holiday, then refused as collection already taken (hadn't been toldany of this when I called to ask), then refused at 10am as they don't accept parcels before 10.30am - wasn't told this when sent away day before. Will never shop in here again. Plenty better local shops and helpful staff.

I have visited it for Everi parcel return and they are very polite and helpful in my whole process.. I have been to this shop many times and experienced the best retail and convenience environment. They have great collections of beers, wines, vapes and spirits in such a small space Cheers! Recommended.
