We had a beautiful day visiting here with our extended family. The gardens especially are just beautiful. The cafes served a small selection of food , cakes and drinks which we tried and enjoyed. Lots of our family members took picnics though and there where so many places we could have sat for one. The farm itself isn't huge but is really interesting, the kids enjoyed it and we loved the shire horses. There is a wonderful playground that the children loved too. There is so much to see here around the estate but it is a lot of walking though, so be warned. We went in the summer holidays and the car parks were packed and it was very busy. We would happily go again to explore more.

Well worth a visit. Lots to see outside, good walks. The Hall, farm and walled garden all nice to look round. We are National Trust members, so great to pop in when in the area for even an hours visit.

Lovely National Trust site. Lovely grounds and walking routes with working farm yard for visitors to see. Play areas and cafes around the site with ample seating great day out for walkers, couples and families.

In addition to the garden, I think this farm is a must-visit place here. You can see many animals in the farm, including big chickens of different colors, very cute but smelly pigs, and very huge horses that are taller than humans. Both adults and children can happily talk to the animals here. There are two feeding times in the pig shed every day. If time permits, it is worth visiting here. However, please note that the staff will not let tourists sit there in person, but the staff will give the feed to the pigs at a specific time. Then you will see the pigs barking continuously, which is very spectacular! There is a cafe next to the farm. There are also play facilities for children. When the weather is hot, you can take a break. There is also a small building that introduces the process and information of selling milk on this farm in the past.

I wrote a review about the Wimpole estate - this farm is a part of that site. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit - the animals, the buildings! The farm was a lovely site, and well looked after. The thatch roofed barns are amazing! Definitely worth visiting if you go to the estate.

Love the farm. I did wonder if the number of animals had been reduced. Lovely to see a family atmosphere . Wished we had come down early and seen the talks ,the feeding times. Please don't turn it into a zoo. So many places do this. Love to see a farm be a farm. Cafe is a great idea as it is a walk back to the restaurant. Meal deals are reasonable too.. Will be back

Wonderful NT property..... we have just included the Christmas lights tour, Amazing experience, probably the best light show We've ever seen!! Just fantastic, highly recommended.
