The world of vapes was quite baffling to a 50 yr smoker like myself . I had tried vapes purchased on line but due to chronic COPD they just choked me and I would reach for the tobacco again . Following yet another stay in hospital i decided to visit Sax vape shop for advice . They listened to my concerns , didn’t rush me or try and sell me the most expensive vape in the shop . They set me up with a suitable vape and pod which I was able to use along side my illness - I love it and have no need for tobacco anymore . Please if like me you need to stop smoking and have COPD go and see them , don’t just buy off the internet or supermarket the chances are you’ll end up with a heap of vapes as I have which are totally unsuitable for my condition . Many thanks to Sax vape shop I didn’t realise such help was out there - you really have helped me . Regards Lucy

Great shop and fantastic service - really wanted to help 'get it right' for me and absolutely did. Thank you. So good it's prompted my first ever Google review!

I'd popped into Seax some years ago as my aunt lives in Saxmundham. I was impressed back then, so on a return trip this weekend I made a b-line for another visit. I'm an old-school vaper and prefer sub-ohm and home builds, which is one reason why I love this shop. I don't know the guy's name but he's extremely knowledgeable and happy to nerd out on gear. While there he had a constant footfall of customers and had the whole salt-nic pods side of vaping covered too. Despite its location (rural Suffolk as opposed to big city), this is one of the best vape shops I know of.

This is genuinely one of the most authentic shopping experiences out there. Friendly doesn't do them justice, great people, spilling with exceptional knowledge about the products topped off with trust worthy advice. In a word, 'fantastic'!

Popped in whilst on holiday in the area as had a problem with a tank and the coil not being recognised by the tank. The guys here were very helpful and tried everything to fix it for me. Turned out the tank (as suspected) had seen better days. They supplied me with a new tank at a great price Along with some free spares. Had a great stock of juices. I would highly recommend this shop and the relaxed and helpful service
