Silverleigh Naturist Spa, Hotel and Leisure Centre

I was searching for a nature spa near me in Kent and came across Silverleigh Spa, and I’m so glad I did! I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first after reading some mixed reviews, but this place truly turned out to be a hidden gem. It turns out that many of the older reviews were from a difficult period when the original owner sadly passed away. Since then, the new team has done an incredible job bringing the place back to life. The restrooms and hotel areas have recently been refurbished to a high standard, and the rest of the facilities are being updated and redecorated. The lighting and natural aesthetics are exactly what you’d expect from a proper naturist spa – warm, calm, and relaxing. The location is fantastic, tucked away in peaceful surroundings with a lovely log cabin–style pool and spa area. While some areas are still being modernised, the owners and staff were very open about the refurbishment plans, which is great to see. The sauna and steam room were perfectly hot, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I also treated myself to a wonderful massage from Sue — the massage room was beautifully decorated with soft, dim lighting and soothing music, making it the perfect environment to unwind. Overall, I would highly recommend Silverleigh Spa.

Fantastic place, as some reviews may say; it is a little dated and in need of repair/investment but this doesn’t make the experience bad, if anything it add character. The club, the regular members and staff make this a haven for naturists, everyone we met made us feel welcome, at ease (1st time naturists) and made the experience so good, we ended up staying an extra night and we had no desire to go home but needs must. We met some fantastic people and we will be visiting again very soon. Thank you to the staff and regulars for a very fun few days. You need to have an open mind but the freedom and relaxation that come with this is worth it... we can't wait to return.

Please dont go not go by negative reviews you have to experience it for your self. We did experience it for ourselves and we had an amazing experience with a relaxing enviroment hosted by brilliant staff jackie and steve, also the regulars and other vistors made us so welcome and a worth while visit. we will be coming back.

We used to attend here regularly and for over the years it has sadly gone downhill and needs some TLC. John does very well in running the venue but his staff can be rude and unpleasant at times. More men than woman / couples but that's not always a bad thing. We have only ever had 1 issue there that required the staff to make a man leave the venue due to his persistent behaviour over the years. Nikki was personally the best masseuse we used but don't know where she is now as she doesn't show on the website anymore. Diana is also very good. We or I might attend again if we feel things have changed and hopefully they will for the better. Wish you all the best John & Silverleigh.

I was given a warm greeting by Steve, the receptionist, and had a relaxing time around the spa, with a great swim in the pool, a soak in the steam room and sauna, and relaxed on one of the deck chairs dotted around the place. ||Highlight was the most amazing massage by Jodie, who took my aches away, and left me in a state of mind I haven't been in ages. So huge thanks to her for an amazing time, and making me feel me again. ||Met some new people who I can call friends, too. Will certainly be visiting again, maybe next month, all being well.

This was my first visit to Silverleigh and it totally exceeded my expectations.|Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Nobody minded that I was a single male.|I was treated really well by all of the staff. The owner, Wen, is a lovely lady. She takes time to walk around and chat to her guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued.|When I arrived Steve gave me a tour and explained the rules. He worked so hard, covering the reception and the snack bar, which has excellent meals at decent prices.|I had an amazing massage with Jodie. Make sure that you book a session with her if she is working when you’re there.|The facilities are excellent. It was great to switch from the jacuzzi to the swimming pool and between the steam room and the sauna.|My room was very good. It was a decent size, clean and had a nice view of the garden.|I have already made a booking to visit again!

The WORST place we have any been! My GF and I attended this Naturist club last week. We are experienced swingers of over 10 years and have attended many many clubs in the past so we know roughly what these places provide. Silverleigh was without any doubts the most disgusting, poorly managed and dirty venue we have ever attended. In summary, the pools falling apart, the walls literally everywhere have peeling paint and plaster falling away, The scum and dirt in the place show it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The pool equipment was thick with grim, Two of the play beds in the playrooms were peeling and falling apart, you’d never get anyone with any standards laying on them. There was also a weird old dusty exercise bike chucked into one of the play rooms. The lockers are about 60 year old, old school metal lockers that are decrepit. In one room was a huge cobweb and spider (the couples changing area) The toilets stunk of dried pee. Literally can’t say how bad this place is . Filthy and run down and in need of a major overhaul.
