What an absolute gem. We took a very last minute trip to skeggness for the weekend and we lucky enough to book in here. The host, Emma?, was absolute fantastic. Warm and welcoming, we felt more like we were at home than in a hotel. Less than a 5min walk from the beach or downtown attractions. Would give 6 starts if Google would let me.

Lovely b and b, close to everything, location on south parade, fabulous host, clean and tidy , brilliant breakfast, and comfy rooms , would recommend . We had number 4 at the back with a double and a single bed so nice and spacious , Thankyou Emma

what a lovely clean hotel owners so pleasent far enough away from town centre so lovely and quiet but close enough to walk to centre balcony was lovely a nice sea view and also view of the lake breakfast was first class fresh fruit cereal and a cooked breakfast something for everyone Emma went above and beyond first class in everything

Beds were so comfy and nice and clean and spacious. Emma, the owner was so welcoming and really looked after us. We booked for breakfast which was spot on and set us up for the day. Fab hotel. Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars, shops, the Aquarium, peer etc. which meant we didn't need our car during our stay. Beds were so comfy and nice and clean and spacious. Emma, the owner was so welcoming and really looked after us. We booked for breakfast which was spot on and set us up for the day. Rooms week lovely and quiet at night. We had the adjoining room with bunk beds, which was so handy with two 8 yr olds. Felt very homely and peaceful. Hope to return soon!
