Great food. Felt like it was made with love. Great service. Really friendly and chatty. Couldnt do enough for us. I even had my own vegan menu. Delicious. Wonderful location by the river side.

3 of us went to the Hampstall on a Saturday evening for a meal. Unfortunately they didn't have a couple of the starters we wanted but we went for our second choices which were very nice. All 3 of us opted for steaks as our main course and I have to be honest we all agreed they were the best steaks we've had for a long time. Cooked perfectly to our particular requirements. We ordered a reasonabley priced red wine which went down very well with our meal. We will definitely return soon. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner come down for regular holidays. We use the pub several times when we come down. The Landlady and bar staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The food is of the highest quality and standard. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Had a motorhome stopover. Excellent location right on the river Severn. We were even able to go out on our kayaks! Pub was very welcoming and friendly. Landlady is an absolute star. Food was excellent, toilets were spotless. Spacious carpark. This is an amazing place and we will definitely be back.

Stopped in March 10th at opening time. Party of three. We were all highly impressed. Our bartender/host was gracious and made us feel instantly at home. The food was exceptional. I had the Mighty Mixed Grill. If you're a meat lover I highly recommend. It was a totally joyous meal! Portions are very generous and prices very reasonable. (Check out their two for one Lunch deals). A proper English Pub on the banks of the River Severn. Perfection.

Excellent food and well kept beer. Service impeccable and terrific mooring if you’re on a boat! Met a couple who were in their campervan who also agreed and stayed an extra night.

Great to have this as my local pub. A beautiful setting on the riverside and close to many good routes for walking, cycling, canoeing and horse riding. A very warm welcome and comfortable next to the log burner. Very good food at the best price. And dog friendly as well.
