Very helpful The man who helped me in your store. Helped me to pick out the heaters that I needed All I had to do was pay at the counter. And wait for my text to come to say they are ready to be picked up well. done First time ever coming in to you, store

Now this is a proper store, huge and loads I stock. Fabulously helpful staff. Been here several times now and had positive experiences each time. Today’s vista once to the public and once to plumbfix. Great help from the duty manager was ever so patient helping colour match metal finishes for fussy client. Nothing too much trouble, helped me with the app and everything. Got a paper quote to help with a job too.

Parking is good. Items - hopefully good. Service - THE POOREST. You deliberately didn't want to tell me the price of the product that I want to buy AT THE COUNTER. I am about to make the payment and you told me to check the price and enter the price on your card machine - are you kidding? I name the price of your product? are you going to sell me the whole store for a pound? I pay anything I want? I am not sure why you were NOT WILLING TO CHECK AND TELL ME the price that I need to price AT THE COUNTER.

Researched an item online, then went in and ordered at the desk. Was served quickly. I was advised to retain the receipt for any returns as I didn't have an account. What more can you ask for. Would definitely use again

Always excellent service in the store. They don’t always have it in stock - which isn’t their fault- but they go out of their way to get it or to give advice. Staff are very knowledgeable and know their stuff. Parking Excellent and store always tidy. Reading the previous ‘review’ not sure he was even in the right shop - or frame of mind ?

4/5

Staff always helpful and friendly. Queues can be a bit long sometimes but all the tills are manned when busy. Prices reasonable but expensive tools almost always cheaper on the web. Good stock of most things.

Popped in while passing to buy a lawn mower. Can't fault the staff here who are knowledgeable and confident. As I waited to be served one of the guys was showing an elderly couple how to assemble a leaf blower that they had just purchased. Nothing was to much trouble I joked about the free drinks at Toolstation then was offer offered a cuppa the guy even walked my lawn mower to my van on his trolley so that I didn't need to carry it. I'm well impressed great service

Very good service. Most of the Staff are friendly and helpful but did have one more mature member who was a bit abrupt and non-engaging when I collected on one occasion.
