"GOD is so Good to use us . . . These guys were the GREATEST: when we slipped a belt. We pull the belt out cause it was NEW ! Got there on that rainy afternoon and the Battery was dead by the time we pulled in. Took it off for a quick charge while waiting! All we needed was a tool for putting the belt back. Some one had "borrowed" the only one they had left. Next thing I heard was, "We can have one here before 4:30!" We sent out for Burger meals and were on the road shortly after 5 in the Afternoon. Without their quick thinking we could have had a great deal more difficulty and even greater expenses. THANK YOU JESUS for the Guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts !

They have always been very friendly and kind and willing to help as much as they could they sell you what you don't need and or talk you into buying something you don't need like most of them do they're just really a bunch of good guys and that's why I keep going back

Very quick and helpful! I needed a replacement battery, it was pouring rain, I had my kids with me and was in a time crunch. These guys quickly tested my battery, gave me my options for a replacement and switched it out even though they got soaked outside doing it. I was out of there quickly and they were very friendly.

Simply the best in Coleman. Helped me out of a jam when I lost a wiper blade off my motorhome when driving on 283 from Fredricksburg. I found the blade but not the clip to attach it to the arm. They were more than helpful to find a clip that fit the blade and didn't want anything in return. God bless..

Very helpful staff. Picked up a small grease gun and found out that the had no grease cartridges. One of the employees went home and brought back two so I could finish my job. Customer service above the norm here in town.

Very helpful and friendly. Employee helped me change out my tail light and took the time to let me know what to do in the future so I wouldn't get ripped off at a car shop.

I always use O'Reilly's at home n they're great help. I'm just glad they have one here in Coleman, tx. Guys that worked were very helpful to me an the other customers.

My wife and I were traveling through town at about 8 pm and discovered a significant oil leak. We pulled into the O'Reilly Auto Parts for some oil, but discovered they were closed. As we started to pull away, James ran to the door and waved us back, and told us they would stay as long as it took to get what we needed. He and Casey both came out to assist and tried to find the source of the leak, despite the fact it was dark and the source was hidden. They wanted to stay, but they had already promised another family who was broken down and in worse shape than us, that they would go and fix their car after closing time. This review will not do justice to how kind and helpful they were...I'd go out of my way to patronized this stored if ever given the chance. Super job!!
