Terrible experience. The pictures online are completely misleading – there’s no spa, no fitness centre, and the place looks old, smells bad, and feels unsafe. I asked to cancel immediately, and the receptionist said it was done and I’d get my refund the next day (18th Oct). That was a lie – she checked me in even though I never stayed. I got to know that she checked me in through OYO hotels. You can’t even reach the hotel! Calls go to OYO Hotels, who say the hotel’s number is not functional. How can a hotel not have a working phone number? It’s been days, still no refund, and zero communication. Avoid this hotel like the plague. @Owner – please respond and resolve this immediately.

Misleading stay, no heating, no WiFi, rude staff, and poor conditions. I booked this place for two nights for £140, mainly because it said it had heating and WiFi. Both turned out to be false. When I arrived, I realised the heating didn’t work. I turned the knob to level 3 and waited two hours. Still cold. I mentioned it to the receptionist, and she said she’d “try getting me a portable heater.” Nothing happened. I slept in the cold that night, and this is in an area that gets freezing at night. I have health and medical issues, so this wasn’t a small thing for me. The same day, I also mentioned it to the working staff around the hotel. They started speaking in another language, I believe Tamil, right in front of me while discussing the issue, which felt quite rude. They said they’d “turn it on,” but it was already on. The pipes were warm, but nothing was coming through the radiator. Again, no solution. No heater, no apology, nothing. The same receptionist was there the next day when I came back later in the day. She gave me several side eyed looks repeatedly like I couldnt see she was doing it, as i walked by hoping I wouldn't ask about the heater again. That attitude alone really annoyed me down right ride and side eyeing non stop like youve comited a crime. A simple “sorry sir, we couldn’t get a heater for you” or even an offer like “would you like an extra blanket or a different room” would’ve gone a long way. Instead, nothing, just side-eye and silence. Completely unprofessional and rude. The WiFi was another issue. There was none. I had to go out during the day to find somewhere else with WiFi just to do my work because there’s no phone signal in the area either. The hotel advertises WiFi, but it doesn’t exist. False advertising, plain and simple. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. The photos online make it look amazing. In reality, it’s old, worn down, and smells strange. They had an aroma burner running to cover up the smell, which made it worse. The carpet had paint or dirt marks all over it. The door to my room was heavy and didn’t close properly. It felt like it was coming loose from the frame. I had to really force it shut each time, which isn’t easy for me since I have carpal tunnel in my arm. The bed was uncomfortable with a split in the middle that ypu could feel, and the pillows were way too big, leaving my neck stiff and sore. The blanket was odd, the duvet kept slipping out of the cover, so I was constantly grabbing the sheet instead of the blanket itself. It made sleeping frustrating. The TV was a flat screen from what looked like 20 years ago. It was slow, outdated, and the remote barely worked. I had to press the buttons multiple times to turn it on or change channels. The bathroom was tiny and cramped. I stubbed my foot on the metal door stopper right outside the shower, it’s placed in the worst possible spot. Probably my fault for being clumsy, but still, bad design. The toilet barely had any space to move. To make things worse, the key card stopped working the next day. I believe they activate them daily, which means you have to go all the way down to reception to fix it. It’s a hassle when the doors are so heavy and the place feels neglected. Overall, the stay was disappointing from start to finish. No heating No WiFi Misleading pictures Rude and unhelpful staff Poorly maintained room Dirty carpet and old furniture Uncomfortable bed and pillows I don’t expect luxury at a budget place, but I do expect honesty, working basics, and at least some decency from staff. I paid for heating and WiFi and didn’t get either. I would’ve been fine if they handled it politely or offered something to make up for it, but they didn’t. If you’re considering staying here, think twice. The location is remote with no reception, no WiFi, and freezing rooms. What you see online isn’t what you get in person. Completely misleading and not worth the money.

Due to a flight cancellation I had to stay here for one night. Pictures are misleading. There is no Pool and the rooms don't look like the ones in the pictures. Room was tiny and pretty untidy. Had no WiFi. The Bar and the restaurant was closed. There is nothing nearby. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The staff was friendly.

When we arrived we were given a room that wasn’t accessible for my mum who is in a wheelchair. The lovely lady on reception and Dean the duty manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. It was an unfortunate issue that can happen but they were amazing in dealing with the issue. We had a yummy meal in the restaurant. |Every member of staff we spoke to were so friendly and helpful. |The hotel is warm and inviting, the rooms are the same and very clean. |Overall I am very impressed and would come back in a heartbeat. |Your manager Dean is a credit to your hotel and really cares about customers. If you ever need any new managers training send them to Dean, he knows how it should be done. |We are coming back to Manchester at the end of Jan next year and if we stay over will 100% stay here. |Thank you to Dean and all the lovely staff for a lovely stay.

Stayed for 1 night and parked car for duration of holiday. Very good value for room, parking, breakfast and taxi to, and from, airport. Missed breakfast as flight time had moved and we had to leave too early. Nice evening meal though a little pricey. Good room and comfortable bed but bathroom needs decorating. Will definitely use again.

We were waiting for a staff member at reception for a good few minutes on arrival. The receptionist was lovely when she arrived. The lift was dirty and old. The hallway is narrow and the walls thin. Our room was nicely decorated however it was too warm. I wish I never ordered nachos from the night menu. All in all it was good for what we needed but I would spend any more than 80 euro on a stay here.

Changing rooms for the swimming pool were being refurbished & the tempory changing rooms were up some steep narrow stairs, it wasn't ideal as my friend had recently had a knee replacement. The Jacuzzi could have been warmer. Staff are lovely & very polite. We came on a busy week end when there were three different functions on & were disrupted by the noise. We phoned reception & they moved us to the top floor away from the noise and upgraded our room free of charge. I couldn't fault them for this. Could more variety on the menu. We had to stay an extra night due to motorways being shut due to severe snow. We told reception our situation, they let us stay in our room an extra night for half of the normal price, again faultless for this. Would come again.
