I absolutely LOVE Get Salty & Lit! So many options available! Full Spectrum Sauna, HALO Sauna, Float Pool! The saunas have color therapy and the full spectrum sauna has red light therapy! I have the unlimited option for the saunas! It’s easy to schedule. Staff is amazing! I tried the float pool for the first time & it was fantastic! I can feel the difference in my body! Lower inflammation, better sleep & calmer overall are a few big benefits. Thank you Get Salty & Lit!

Love this place! It’s super clean, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I go for the infrared sauna with red light therapy, and it’s been such a great part of my wellness routine. Highly recommend!

The infrared sauna + halo therapy is amazing! Through my travels I tend to breathe in a lot of dust & the halo therapy helps clear out my lungs. The sauna itself is amazing too and really makes my skin glow!

First time for Float therapy! My experience was wonderful.... I was an hour early for my 60 minute float (because I put it in my calendar wrong...) and Rebecca was so understanding and kind that even though I offered to come back, she said it would be just a few minutes but I could get in right away (they also did not have anyone scheduled before me, making this possible). She was incredibly kind, gave great and thorough instructions, and made me feel perfectly comfortable. The water temperature was great and I was able to relax very quickly. I felt more calm, relaxed, and alert afterward than I thought I would. Will definitely be going back!
